I was awarded a Quercus Scholarship for my previous achievements and work in business & technology. The Quercus Talented Students' Programme is a scholarship programme that supports and promotes excellence in academia, sport, creative and performing arts, active citizenship & innovation/entrepreneurship.

I entered my fake news algorithm into SciFest. I was awarded the Most Interesting Project by the students of LIT at the competition.
BT Young Scientist '18
2nd place in category & IE Domain Registry Award
I worked on a fake news algorithm that could give users an indication as to whether a given article may be fake or not.

Irish Science Teachers' Award
I also entered PocketKnow's Augmented Reality flashcards into BT Young Scientist. That year I won the ISTA Special Award and was subsequently featured in their monthly magazine.
Student Enterprise Awards '17
1st place
I received this award for my educational app, PocketKnow. PocketKnow was a tool for Junior Cert students looking for a library of content relevant to the curriculum. It rose to the top 10 of the Educational app charts in Ireland. To accompany the free app, I sold flashcards that could be scanned by a user to see 3D models of curriculum-based content appear in Augmented Reality. I placed 1st in Limerick for the second year in a row, and placed 2nd nationally.

In 2016, I placed 1st in the Student Enterprise Awards Limerick with my graphic design business, Goodie Graphics. I started Goodie Graphics at 11, selling logos and business card designs. Over the years, I grew to over 200 happy customers from all corners of the globe.
